Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, but can ship as soon as same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages & Lost Packages
Market Street Boutique is not liable lost or damaged packages. Market Street Boutique strives to quickly pack and send out your packages. Once packages leave our facility and are scanned into the carriers system, Market Street Boutique no long has direct control of packages.

- Delays with US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx shipping

Additional Shipping Terms:
- Please check your address at checkout for errors or AutoFill mistakes. Market Street Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. Market Street Boutique cannot be held accountable for packages delivered to address given in order.
